$1200 per day period. One day or 100. I’m not flexible. If full-time people start adjusting their salary based on the project then maybe I’ll consider it.
Depends. I don't go below $1000 but sometimes if I think the client will be willing I'll throw out a higher number. Sometimes it sticks sometimes it doesn't. But my hard and fast rule is that I won't take a job below $1K/day. Don't care who you are, what the project is, or how long the gig is.

My rate is just my rate. I charge per day and it’s the same if someone wants to book me for a day or for several months.
Yes. All of the above. Also, depending on the rate, I’ll immediately outsource and manage the project to spend my time on the higher rate work but still have other revenue coming in.
Off site yes.
I have a few grandfathered clients that I have locked at $100 an hour but I won’t budge or fluctuate from my typical $125/hr or 1k day rate for anyone else no matter the circumstances, agency size, location, role, on-site, etc.
