2. Medtronic: 36.7 LPA (10% Variable) - Senior IT Technologist role with SAP Automation (TOSCA)

Could you please provide guidance on which opportunity would be better? Given that my joining date is fast approaching, I would value your response at your earliest convenience.

If an employee mentions something disparaging or accusatory about their manager during an exit interview, how would you handle? What happens if what the employee said is slanderous and a “he said/she said” situation? I.e. employee claimed the manager made a disparaging remark about an item of clothing being worn by someone in accordance with their beliefs. If you opt to share the feedback with the manager, would the manager have a legal case against the company or former employee?

Hi all! Is anyone here in Underwriting? Just want some thoughts on this as i’ve recently gotten an offer for an Underwriting Associate position and have never done any salary negotiations before. Does it seem unrealistic for my counter offer to be 12k more than the original offer? Considering that the original offer is roughly 8k less than the market salary. Plus i’m also accounting for wiggle room as i’m not expecting them to actually agree with the full 12k counter offer
