It’s been 18 month since my firm forced promotion or severance on to us as they eliminated my position. They promised an increase in commission based pay at the end of the licensing period. Its been 2 months (6 pay periods) since I completed this and no change. They say they are waiting for the licenses to post officially, but have all the evidence that I’ve passed. Should I demand back pay for the last 2 months they’ve been paying me as an unlicensed banker while I’m actually licensed?

I have my DirectorRound scheduled with PwC India next week!
Round1 was very less technical. The interviewer told next round will be managerial.
In Round2, the questions were purely technical, but thankfully I had revised PySpark, so was able to answer.
My question is for the Director round, what things to expect...some of my acquaintances have told nowadays Tech guys are promoted to director level, so expect tech questions as well...some say even in dir round, rejections happn!!!

Anxiety before your sales demos?

Do these 2 things I used to do to get over it:

1. Know the product inside out - it will take time for you to gain confidence in your sales abilities but if you know the product will you’ll be more confident in that domain.

2. Do more demos - the more calls and presentations you do the more comfortable you’ll get. My advice is to try to get on a lot of presentations, even with leads that aren’t so good.

Which all documents need to be notarized for Minors’ OCI?

My company has given a choice on WFO and WFH . Few of my colleagues and my Manager are going to office but I have opted for WFH. I feel I am getting alienated and not able to bond with team.
