Phone interviewed with Amazon hiring manager, and was told by HR that are still waiting for more details on the next steps after 1 week. What does this mean?

Does Amazon still has any work from home roles or options ?

But Deloitte sent a notification that they are restarting Perm process. Currently with Deloitte - nothing has been filed. They have the JD and all the documents from my side but haven’t filed pwd yet. Stay or move out .?

I’ve been working my ass off to make it to ACD and I feel like this milestone has been all-consuming. I’m close, I can feel it. But will I be full-filled when I get there? And if so, for how long? Curious to hear from others about their climb up the ladder and if the hunger and drive ever subsides to an acceptable level.
