i recently got offer from epam systems with WFO they specifically mentioned it project hiring for google project.

Is it good offer or its a risk.

What's the best way to gain visibility by those holding 3-4 positions higher than you? I like learning from them and growing mentorships but can't break the AE-level wall with my responsibilities. Being remote also makes it harder to interact.
