I Interviewed for the Salesforce Technical Architect role in March 2026 with TCS. Cleared the technical and managerial rounds, received a selection confirmation, completed the HR compensation discussion and submitted all relevant documents. Despite 5+ months of follow-ups and escalations, I received no final decision, offer or closure. Keeping experienced candidates waiting for months without transparent communication reflects poorly on the recruitment process.

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.
