Yeah, joining a team that's open about salary ranges must feel like a breath of fresh air, especially after coming from places where it's all hush-hush and you’re left wondering if you're getting screwed over. That eye-opening moment is real; a lot of people don't realize how underpaid they might be until they see the actual bands.

Exactly! It dies feel like a brother of a fresh air. I never thought there are teams that are this much transparent. I'm sure there are many people out there are in the same position as me.
I absolutely believe in salary transparency and I think it does show people how much they can earn or should be asking for. I think that is why companies don't want anyone sharing their salary. They can't lowball people if people know better.

Well obviously they want to pay as less as possible to make more money for themselves. If we all find out our worth we won't stay for long in those companies. I personally feel I'm blessed with this, I wasn't expecting it.
