I joined Barclays on 13th Feb 2022 and today I received a full month salary from them. I was heard that if one joins Barclays before 4th, then only he/she gets salary for that month, else current month salary will be paid with next month salary on 24th of next month.
I'm bit confused that how I got paid for full month salary as I joined 10 days back.
Also I was not assigned any signing or relocation bonus during salary discussion with HR.
Can anyone plzz help me to understand?
