I joined Citi in June 2025 as an Automation Tester (C10) with 4.5 yrs experience and ₹18 LPA CTC. I’m looking for insights on expected salary hikes, variable pay, and promotion timelines. How much hike/bonus is typical for mid-year joinees, and how long does it usually take to get promoted from C10 to C11? Any advice or experiences would be appreciated.
