I joined Genpact last week of July as per offer letter variables is 10% which is 90k. Anyone from Genpact please share the information what percentage of variables will be paid in Mar 2026 for band 4 employees. Is the percentage of variables a fixed percentage or not ?

I’ve been unsustainably swamped for months.
