In the meantime, I am considering attending the office continuously for 12 days. Could you please advise whether I can proceed without notifying anyone, or if it is necessary to inform my Reporting Manager or HR beforehand?

As of now, I haven’t received a response from RM and HR my earlier communication.

I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. I had a HR Discussion after clearing 2 HCL rounds and 2 client interviews . HR is not considering moving above 40% hike no matter whatever I say to justify, the Discussion was like talking to a wall . Any suggestions to get another 10-15% more (first offer)? Will HR reject me stating this reason in HCL ?? FYI- Client and the project team wants to take him in as per their feedback to me and I feel i am the right person for the role too .. 9 years exp -Infra storage domain .

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.

I got 2 offers one from HCL and another from LTIMindtree. I want to join HCL but they are yet to release offer letter but has given confirmation over mail.

For LTIMindtree I have received the offer letter and yet to accept the same, but they are soon staring background verification for onboarding as soon as I accept the offer letter.
