I Joined one company in July 2018 for my survival and along with that I got admission in engineering collage. In first sem any how I manage job and collage both but after that I left the job to focus my studies.

So concern is that , I didn' told the new employer about my first employment which was for 8 month according to EPFO . Should I told them before joining and resigning from current organisation

To those with your own firms, what are some good moves to make early in your career? Is it a good idea to get out of a niche practice and work for a small firm to work on more things for smaller companies for learning purposes even if it means a paycut?
Or, is having your own firm even worth it?

I work in field sales as an IC. My aspirational career path is to end up in people leadership. Recently, an Inside management position opened up that’s been brought to my attention by the hiring director. Question is, is going back Inside the right move to get into started in leadership? Or should I continue down the field path and wait until those field management slots open up?
