I joined TCS on 1st April 2026 and got allocated to a project, but it has been almost 1.5 months and I still don’t have MS Teams/G Chat access, so I’m unable to start work. Different reasons were given (e.g., SWON balance issue), but nothing is pending from my end. I have already informed my lead/supervisor. Could this cause any issue for me, or has anyone faced a similar situation? What should I do?

Hi I got IBM offer and Bangalore location but I would like to work from Chennai. They have not given any joining bonus and relocation also reimbursement till 25k only provided. Can I ask them for full wfh ? I know for first day induction i should go to office but since they're not providing any relocation allowance can I ask them to provide full wfh and change of base location to Chennai?? One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p

I have been in client facing wealth management as an advisor for 10 years. I haven’t built a book of business because I’ve worked for mostly discount brokers (Merrill edge, TDA, Etrade). How do you hype yourself up to deal with a difficult or problematic client on a weekly basis? I have one client in particular who sends my anxiety through the roof and leaves a knot in my stomach every Monday.

My manager continues to ask me to help other teams and do work on other billable projects. I’m sick of it .. and I’m going to explicitly say that no I can’t do it because my hours are taken by the existing project we are doing. Is this appropriate?

26 YO, make make roughly 130k TC and really wanting to get the new 2022 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. Great MPG and reliability. MSRP is just under 40k for the top trim. Good financial move or should I go with a lower trim such as the EXL or Sport which come in around the mid 20k-low 30k area.

Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded.
