Are there are PharmD who transitioned to clinical project management? Would love to connect! Right now, I work for a major PBM and pursuing an MBA- project management concentration. But honestly, I don’t know much about combining both my PharmD and MBA. Would love to see what others are doing and inquire about the stress levels as a clinical project manager?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
