I joined Wipro 2 months back and since then I have been on the bench. Now one account is allocated as non billable and started training.
In this case I resign then in how many days HR will release cos I have got opportunity from another company.
Instead of taking the risk of Loss of pay I'll join other company.

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?
