I just asked for 90k salary w/ benefits. Is that a crazy ask?

Recently had my 1 year review. I started as the sole photo/videographer/editor at $35/hr 30hr/s a week. The business has increased IG from 3k->100k+ and youtube 1k->10k+ since my addition. These are def from my efforts as they were stuck previously. I've been working unpaid OT many weeks and management told me to choose a salary that would help me say no to freelance projects and focus more on the company. Thoughts? A New Yorker.

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay?
