I just got a new job and I was desperate to find a place as so I was stupid and signed a lease sight unseen trusting that it would be well taken care of since it was through a management company. I got here this weekend only to find that it’s a complete mess with bugs, stains and ripped drywall all over, bleach all over the carpets and dirt etc. The company said they’re working on fixing it but keep just passing me off. Would you break the lease or give the a chance to fix things?
