I just got an offer for a senior software developer role at $150k starting. It is a small start up with 28 people in the team and AI driven. My recent salary was $118 so it is quite a jump for me and I really liked the VP I spoke to. Very somber and smart guy.
However, I have several other interviews coming up ranging from big corporate to app companies. Shall I decline the current offer to explore more or accept it but push my start day to later so I could stillbdo the other interviews?

Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.

Curious to get your take: Company does b2b training. Had a client cancel some workshops, has a 28k “credit” but doesn’t seem to want to apply that credit to anything else. Sales team has reached out with several options for a few months and client is unresponsive. Contract (made before I joined) doesn’t have clauses that specifically address this issue. 🙄 Pro-client MSA expires in 2023 and has “time of the essence” language. 1) I have received joining bonus however still it is not credited to the account. Will I receive this in Oct month salary
2) will they recover this or it depends on case to case basis.
3) will I get all my relieving and experience letter as I resigned properly.
4) will PF be created for me as the period I had here was very short one.
