What is your companies medical insurance like?
I think my company has not so good insurance but that’s just compared to friends I know that work down at the docks/port.

$1700 deductible
$4000 out of pocket max
100% preventive covered
80% diagnostic covered AFTER deductible hit
80% prescription covered AFTER $200 deductible hit…

Always fair to ask but for legal reasons likely they won’t really tell you
One thing I've seen working alright lately is the company rejecting me providing some "this is not specific to you, but some of it might apply feedback, a list of around 10 points where they stated clearly some things that they are not looking for in a candidate. I don't know if these should have been included in the JD in the first place, but they kind of helped, some things did not apply at all, for example they don't see well people who have less than 2 years working in one place or consultants, but other things I found useful. You can always ask! Nothing to lose.
