I just had a meeting with a recruiter from GXO. It was the worst experience ever.

He asked me a updated LinkedIn profile so I shared that, but he said it was not valid though it truly showed my profile. And he said "Don't waste my time!".

It was the first time to meet that kind of person, not a recruiter. And it was a moment to think again about GXO.

Reorgs are just a part of the corporate world. If you haven’t been a part of one in your career yet, then you most likely haven’t been in the corporate workforce for very long. If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it? There are many factors at play, but in general do you try to establish relationships with the individuals you know will be key contributors and/or decision makers going forward? Or do you lay low and let what ever happens be/hope for the best?
