I have an offer as Technical Manager in Mindtree India . I have about 12 years of relevant experience in Java application development and mentoring and team leading. They said it is an onsite role with Mindtree Germany ( already done with client interview). My India salary is decent as per Indian market standards.Any idea how much will they offer me as Germany salary for the onsite role? Is it the same like other MNCs - TCS , Infosys, HCL,Wipro etc? Or how much I can ask? Mindtree

Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

I love having an AD partner who writes scripts. Doubles our chances of coming up with something good. What’s your objection?
Objection would be he doesn’t know how to interview without coming off as a d-bag I guess.
Able to writer scripts and prefers to write scripts are two different things. I love a good team effort but sounds like there’s a lot of ego behind that “prefers.”
BINGO
No.
Working together is cool. But someone who thinks they can run it all will end up being nothing but a pain in the ass.
Agreeeee
False. My AD writes and he’s great. It’s how we get to the best stuff. Lose your ego.
I prefer to write too. Any creatives want to back me up on that? No? Oh. So stay in your lane then. This read like an AD who didn’t want a partner.
It’s just an odd thing to say in an interview.
I don’t think it’s the fact that they want to write scripts that screams “no”, but the fact that they refer to them as “their own”. On a good team everything should be “ours”.
This exactly^ I prefer to help write scripts over just taking the back seat and storyboarding, but I wouldn’t call them “my own”
he should contribute to scripts, offer ideas, write some things up of course.... but this sounds like more than that. i don’t think i could make my own comps without my partner adjusting them or contributing/wanting to change them so...
I once had a copy partner who told me to never contribute copy because it's disrespectful
Yeah. Everyone deserves a chance. Except Matt.
Fuck that noise no way. The scripts should always be both of yours even if you wrote every word. Sometimes my partner writes scripts but it’s understood I can always go in and tweak.
No.
