I know it’s a broad question - trying to understand if there are any consulting firms paying $250k base in tier 1 cities for a Senior Manager role? I spent 10+ years in Management consulting, the last 2 in Tech / AI which got me a massive bump in pay. Not sure if a move to consulting makes sense. I have a non-technical skillset.

Tcs offered me a developer role while quality kiosk offered me the same role in Testing with trade finance domain. Tcs refused to renegotiate the salary even a little. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but need time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.
