[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

“Physical” ? Tech also includes building anything from cars to satellites.
You are describing a union and not a startup
They also all require software, but I take your point. Was just alluding to it being a more physical focus. That would be almost 90% of the work, where as physical work is low even in cars and satellites because manufacturing is highly automated.
Its also not a union. Each farmer would be starting their business and those businesses would be shareholders of the co-op allowing them more direct access to consumers

Have you confirmed that this is what farmers in your area actually want? We have co-ops by us and CSAs, but they're all run by farmers for farmers. Based in this, I'd assume that they've got it mostly figured out. This may not be something they'd want a consultant for.
I'd also be concerned about the financial model. For small family farms, I'm not sure that farming is lucrative enough for them to be able to fund a robust benefits package, like the one you've described.
My Wife in an MBA in Cultural Resource Management and the farmers, soil and products here are high quality and a plenty[PR island]. Shes been involved with many coffe producers as well as cacao and pineapple farms here. I myself am an IT professional with 15+ years of experience and can help out on the automation side(tech, software, apps].
Send me your professional contact info directly if you're interested. We can discuss it over email or phone for a bit. I think we will at the very least learn a lot from it.
Hope everyone has a great day.
