I lateraled from big law to mid/regional law a few years ago and made partner (non-equity) this last year. Now my entire group is considering leaving to join a big law firm in order to "get more resources". Most of this group is home grown and hasn't experienced big law before. I tried to warn everyone but they are being lured by 2 year salary guarantees. I don't want to go but they are basically taking all the clients with them. The worst part is that the big law firm is a comp black box.

How often and how do you exercise?

I run 4x4 intervals on a treadmill every 2-3 days, and pushups/hangups/crunches about the same, but somewhat more infrequently. Great exercises to do with little time. In winter I go XC skiing upstate at our cabin every two weekends or so.
