I live in the east Richardson area and am working remote. A job came up that’s fully in-office in Frisco, and I’m torn about if the lifestyle change is worth it despite a pay raise. I could get behind a hybrid situation, but I don’t think it’s negotiable. It would be somewhere between 30-50 minutes in the car each way if I commuted at normal times. What do you guys think? Is it worth it to grind it out, make some more money and new friends for a year and see how it goes? Or do I stay comfy?
