Hi, I work under contract for a foreign company as an APM. I have an import export licence and send the monthly invoice to my HR. My benefits include the following in-hand allowances: food, internet, sports, vacation, training and hardware. Plus a yearly bonus.

You’re either not valuable to your company and/or your job isnt that important if you’re able to take PTO and not at least send some e-mails.

A parent of one of my students told admin she thinks it's irresponsible that I won't be grading over Christmas break. I let the students know to get any work they need graded in before the break and I'll get it to it during our workdays in January. Apparently that's not fast enough for her 🙄. The firm I work for is not closing for the hurricane. Staff were told to work from home or take PTO if they could not come in to the office (and the building is now closed until Friday). Is this normal?!

Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases. I always pay my balance in full each month and have never missed a payment, how is 8% credit utilization determined to be that big of a risk that my score got immediately wrecked, I don’t understand
