I gave in my resignation with a 3-week notice period. Always got good feedback from my manager and we generally got along well.
Yesterday he made this comment in front of my team when he made the announcement. "Don't let the door hit you on the way out". In context we were discussing how to reassign my projects. He then laughed like it was a joke, and I didn't react.
Should I bring this up in a 1-1 meeting or let it go? Is this humour or plain sarcasm?

In the past 6mos, they have repeatedly changed directions / goals, pushing out several supportive and productive managers in favor of a single chauvinist overlord who makes HR violations daily and does no actual work. HR denies every complaint made against him and he retaliates to the point of firing people. Very hostile. How do I survive until I find my next gig?

How do you deal with your “mentor” being threatened by your performance and gatekeeping information from you? I’m not from an English speaking country but I am watching a tv show and businessmen walk into a room and instead of greeting eachother, everyone says each person’s first name in lieu of hi, however in my experience working in the states, I haven’t seen anyone do this, it’s always hi or good afternoon or some other greeting first THEN they say their first name. is it also appropriate to omit the greeting?

Is it actually safe for my manager to ask me to drive my truck in the winter? I normally wouldn't mind since I've done it before, but this particular guy just told me to "drive slow" instead of providing me with the necessary safety measures to avoid accidents.

How do you deal with imposter syndrome? I'm a new therapist and I work with a bunch of women who have been doing this for ages. They're all really sweet, but I can't help feeling like I'm way out of my league.
