I made a calculation mistake in my cost analysis in my Deloitte partner case interview for new grad 2023 position. Another thing that bothers me was when they asked my approach I gave a pretty detailed answer and one of the interviewers was satisfied but the second didn’t get it and asked me to explain it thrice and some to and fro talk was there. Rest of it was pretty good and I nailed the implementation part and behavioural for sure. Do you guys think I still have a chance?

Just relax - you will hear back soon and you did the best you could! I know it’s easier said than done, but I’m pretty sure I made errors during my case interviews at college as well and I’m here now :)

Ur fine trust me. I didn’t get hired till April of my graduation year

You definitely still have a chance… if you made it to partner case you definitely have other (possibly better) career options so don’t sweat it

like

Don’t worry you have a chance. Even if the calc was wrong as long as the process made sense you still gotta shot

Hi, Can you please help me with Goldman Sachs interview questions

Should I leave my company? Been here 1.5 years and was told I was getting a management promotion 5-6 months ago.Still no solid traction and they are opening up a req for it 😑no one on the current sales team has ever been promoted (2 years)except our boss who has been promoted 3 times. We hit quote every month/q/year by a lot. I have several offers at double my OTE. Already asked what the timeline is for a new manager and I was told soon and I'm "up for consideration." What would you do here?

I interviewed at KPMG on 11/14 and got a verbal offer the next day but since then waiting to hear from them. Been following up continuously but the partners are not replying it seems. In the meanwhile i have an offer from BT offering 90k for 4 yrs of experience which seems to be fair. I am just unsure whether to accept the offer as I was waiting for kpmg reply as I want B4 on my resume which apparently is a big deal. Is BT also good on resume for future employers ??

It’s been 3 years since I (27F) moved to Seattle and still don’t have a solid social circle. Not necessarily a big group… I’m talking 3-4 friends who are easy going and not flakey/ hard to make plans with.

Idk if it’s due to Covid, Seattle freeze, a combination of the two or other factors. Any transplants out there who are NOT the outdoorsy type and feel the same? And if so, how did you get past it?

How would you respond to this note sent home on my toddler’s daily report from her in-home daycare provider. Mind you she didn’t say anything to me in person about this. Plus my daughter started saying “no daycare, no friends” when we tell her it’s time to go / ask her if she wants to see her friends.

Hey guys. I’m looking for some advice on a new promotion to Radiology Supervisor. It’s a great opportunity and I know I will be great in the position. The only problem is I’m worried about the issues it may create. I’m pretty fresh out of school (<2yrs) while my peers have 5-10+ years of experience. I know it’s going to cause some tension, and some may even quit. Any advice on how to navigate the situation?
