Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? Any book recommendations on excel modeling for real world business applications?

We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.

We are redoing all the bathroom tiles and walls and debating what we should do with the two toilets. Would resealing the toilets extend the use life? Or should we just replace the toilets? Any other recommendations? TIA!!

However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. I recently bought a house (In my hometown), I am not staying there. It is currently on rent. I am getting Rent as 50% of the total Home loan EMI of that house. And it is equivalent to the rent that I am paying at my current location in another city.

Question is: Should I do yearly loan prepayments from my annual bonus to reduce the EMI amount or should I keep the loan going as it is and invest yearly bonus in share market or gold.
