I need advice. I am currently serving NP and LWD < 15 days. I don't have any offers in hand. Fewer calls, recruiters saying CV under screening, some not getting back after 1st round. Should I withdraw my resignation? I really don't want to stay back, burned out! But scared about career gap at the same time.

Is it okay to be on such a break? Will recruiters see that as a bad thing?

I am currently in Wipro having CTC as 7.8 LPA.. I have got an offer from TCS which is 11LPA.However, my Basic Pay/Fixed compensation is getting reduced from my current base pay in the new offer and also the HRA is getting reduced. The HR is telling that the basic is fixed as per policy and they cannot change it. The base pay is less but there are several other components which are higher. Should I take up the new offer?
