How long is the offcycle BCG interview process usually? This is for someone out of school and already working

Got my rejection call after McKinsey round 1 today. They said they still liked me and would be sending me something about a keep in touch program for future cycles. Is this actually something or just fluff to sign up for a news letter

How does WLB/hours change as you progress within McKinsey(BA->EM->AP)? In other words, do you work less hours at McKinsey when you become more senior?

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?

Anyone up for practicing McKinsey style cases together? I have availability on weekends and after 7pm on weekdays.

Moving from T2 to McKinsey. How do vacation requests work?
