I have an interview and have went through all the other stages to get to the interview point
I had a similar internship experience and it's hard to say exactly how likely you are to receive an offer. But I had several colleagues who refused to even ask. They were too nervous to put themselves out there. So as long as you are brave and actually apply, you have a much better chance than those who don't.
Better than if you didn't have the internship experience. Beyond that, it's hard to say. If you were visible and had a good relationship with your manager (and they have clout within the org), you probably have a decent shot.
If everyone has to reapply, you likely have a better chance to receive an offer than if you did not have an internship.
I will say at my firm, my firm does extend offers to some of the interns but not all. The interns who were not extended offers would not be likely to be extended an offer if they later applied, but hiring needs do vary so it is possible.
