True colors! Be glad you’re leaving now.
Yes that means you finally going somewhere better… me too my old boss throw a farewell party for someone worked there three years and me six years not a single words
PWC, no job is ever worth feeling that way. It sounds like it’s time to transition out.
No need to be upset, sounds like your decision was validated. So be happy 😁
Same boat just for me I can’t leave yet job market has been disappointing I make very far with most interviews only to face rejection at the end.Any suggestions
Just keep applying and interviewing really. I think you do learn from interviews you failed at and know how to better display yourself at the next one based on mistakes you made. Good luck!!
Not discounting your feelings but maybe you’re reading too much into it.
I’ve known of people leaving and was just so slammed I didn’t reach out. They’re also prob scrambling to cover your work which means more work for them.
Not that it’s your problem, just might be the fact of the matter.

Don’t take it personally. The moment you say you are leaving, in management’s mind you are already out of the door. It’s a standard reaction.
Sounds like you made the right decision. Friends would celebrate your change if it helps you long run.
