I really hope I can get a opportunity to work as an intern as a business analysis. It has been my desire since I found out about the tech world and I have acquired the fundamentals knowledge through udemy and I am also trying to make some research on my own.

Have any of you gone from Advertising to PR or vice versa? I’m early in my career, fighting like hell for full time with a good place. Hi all, was hoping for clarity on offers from FANG/Tier 2 tech I received recently. Base pay is still within range of 130-150K, but equity components have dropped dramatically. For reference, for similar positions, I was receiving grants of 150K - 200K over 4 years for data analyst positions (4-5 YOE) in Aug’21-Feb’22. For personal reasons, I did not accept these offers. Now the equity grants are coming in like 50-70K over 4 years. Is this market wide for non SWE/PM roles due to stock market?
