I received an offer a month ago, but a few weeks later an agency I dreamed to work at came. Yesterday the wrote that they are preparing an offer. I want join them, but the first agency is sponsoring my visa and all the stuff already, I feel bad and obliged. The other agency is ready to sponsor visa too. Please, help. I feel like I want to accept the 'dream agency' offer, but I don't know how to make it right, how to actually handle that situation with the current agency.
