I received an offer from PWC AC, in the offer letter employer contribution of pf is mentioned under gross salary, I asked hr and they told that this pf mentioned is employee contribution and this will only get deducted from take home salary. HR said that employer pf as per PWC AC policy is not mentioned in offer letter and only employee contribution is mentioned. Can someone please confirm this ?

YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

Is it good to get stocks as part of CTC which has 4 years vesting period?

CTC looks high due to this stocks but effectively i would not be getting it for the 4 years. Also the yearly hike includes this stock component.

CTC had fixed, variable and stock part. Variable and stock is almost 30% of total ctc.

Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

Pretty sure it's a discovery role too.
