I received little to no support from my supervisor, literally it is sink or swim with no training. Upper management coming and going is a revolving door and everyone who is hearing educated were/are being replaced with Optical people with ZERO hearing care experience or licensing. I had two DM's and neither were expected to really support or work with us, it doesn't pay to get to know or even ask them questions as they have no educated experience in the field. Run, don't walk!

I've been working in the NHS as an orthopaedic surgeon for over 10 years. I have recently made the transition over to industry working for a pharmcovigilance and certification body TUV SUD. The job entails not only to bill for dme (cms 1500) but also to follow up on any denials or appeals, amongst other administrative duties. My questions are is it typical to have 1 person doing both the billing and denials within a new vertical for all ins.? I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?
