I received offer letter from accenture for level 10 but i interviewed for level 9 and offered ctc is lesser than cctc. Anyone facing same right now?

I am unable to manage my work and GMAT preparation. I work in IT Risk Advisory and the work culture (India 🙄) and hours are crazy (10-12 hours avg). I am behind my targets as per my study plan (targeting ~750) - can only manage to get in 1-2.5 hours of prep daily/alternate days, I try to study on weekends but it's difficult as I am burnt out from the work. Need advice from people who have faced and cracked this. I like my work and would prefer to grow and be a top performer as well
