a few things:
1) 1-2.5 hours/day of prep on work days is excellent. if you are getting in 5-10 hours during the week, that is pretty good. focus during the week on learning the concepts and getting familiar with them.
2) it may be easier on weekends to get into a routine. for instance, committing to taking a practice test every weekend and reviewing it. that way you have a defined goal every weekend instead of constantly questioning whether you’ve studied enough.
Thanks a lot for your inputs. You're right - keeping weekends for problem solving and practice tests is a must for building skill and stamina for the actual GMAT.

If you can, I would highly recommend taking some time off to study. I used vacation days to do 2 weeks of focused study and it really helped me to improve my score
I plan on doing this when I am done with all the concepts and am working on weak areas/giving mocks/week prior to GMAT
