I recently expressed interest in larger audits, but after discussing a meeting with the audit department head, my manager became defensive and hostile. He questioned my commitment and suggested if I wanted to leave, he'd find a replacement from another office. His response feels unfair, especially since he has supported three male colleagues in similar situations. As the only non-Mormon and single mom in the office, I already feel like an outside, which adds to my discomfort in this environment.

Normally, I wouldn’t have issues working in a restaurant, but I feel like in this setting it may be really disrespectful the chef.
And yes, I only want to eat at the sushi counter for a full omakase experience.
