I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

The situation in freshworks is one who with power & higher position putting all failure balmes on new people and junior ones & finally they are getting sacked. Never join...its toxic.
It’s a hybrid work environment, 3 days a week is now mandatorily enforced, but you primarily need your managers buy in even for the 3 days and some teams comes in all 5 days. So it’s all in the hands of your manager. As for bonus the changes are they might if they are desperate, but given the economy they might not. It’s your call
Mandatory work from office, monitored by Morons who don't know about the product.
Empty promises promising world when they give offer. Following which they will destroy your career.

It's 3 days a week mandatory. What role and what team will this be for. It depends on that as well
It’s 5 days a week for most of the departments. And they have plans to make 5 days a week for rest too. They will fire you if you don’t show up on time or if you miss on showing you face 5 days a week.
There is no flexibility on work mode in Freshworks. Any exceptions will need to be approved by CHRO and CEO
Never beleive on recruiters at freshworks, they lie and set false expectations tp get you onboard
Freshworks core management at the top believes in working from office. With the current environment, asking for any leeway is probably not manageable
