I had cleared all rounds in Accenture and documents upload is also done but the recruiter never called after that, currently the status shown is as below:
"Owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature. Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you.
We highly appreciate your patience and continued interest in Accenture job opportunities."
Will I get offer or not?

Thanks in advance

As far as Kpmg is ready with 90 days np, you can think of the switch....in today's time no one cares about why did u left the organization in just 3 months till u have the valid reason to state.... i would suggest to accept kpmg offer come in np and then look for other offer and show it to kpmg i last which they will revise the offer
One of the reason is KPMG location is my hometown
Why do want to switch for just 3 lacs..
If you were that worried about Hike, you should not have joined HCL in the first place.
HCL might have offered a better pay compared to others during your last switch. So, if you have made up your mind to join KPMG stop giving excuses on why you want to leave HCL and join KPMG
Don't jump the ship for 3 lakhs ! Lots will be on stake !
Bhai chor de HCL bhot he bekar company hai
This will have black spot on your resume and you need to serve NP right?
Yes ..KPMG is fine with 90 days notice
I would recommend you to stay in HCL than joining KPMG. Big 4 companies have the worst WLB . If you are okay with that , you can go ahead with KPMG ,but you won't gain much with this small difference in your offered CTC .Also, in HCL you will have to serve the entire 3 months notice period even if you are in bench (hoping that you are in E2 and above band ) .They won't release you early at any cost .So, decide carefully !
What's your text stack. I just wanna know how come KPMG is agreed on 90 days. You must be in demanding technology.
I agree with ADA1, it's 2022 & noone gives a f*** about whether you worked for 3 months or 3 years. If someone still asks, just tell them the work culture is toxic, that's it.
KPMG is a better brand than HCL, notice period will also be 60 days most probably which will open more doors for you, and don't forget the extra salary. Just go for it!
Yes ..And I do have some valid reasons
Pro
Go with Kpmg
Out of 3L approx 1.3L is for your tax. Don’t make worse decision. Switch only if u r offered 35LPA
Rising Star
2-3 laks in this tax slab doesn't make much difference. Why you want go through all the pain for literally nothing?
See there is one imp thing which u need to consider. This time u r leaving just after 3 months which is okay if u do it once but Suppose u go to kpmg and god forbid if u didn't like their culture or wlb or u got into some project which didn't align with ur expectation then wht would u do? Will u change on short notice again or will u stick there for 1 year at least bearing all those issues. U will not be able to switch again like u r doing in hcl it'll have a very negative impact on ur resume. My suggestion is to just stay in HCl for some more time and see how's the project going. If everything suits u can stay here for at least one year and then can switch with 35+ easily. You will not loose anything but right now alot of things are in stake and u need to depend on luck to get good assignment in kpmg.
Pro
Same happened with me so I left
Tech stack?
What's your tech stack ?
Not a good choice for 3 lakh... U already spent 3 and then u will serve np of 3 month..better to stay for a year then go for 35+.. anyway KPMG would not be known for great wlb too
