I have been a phlebotomist for the last three and a half years with quest. I have over 20 years of experience. And have been trying to transfer to a different state. I believe that I am being blocked from my transfer even though my manager approves it on paper. Is there any way I can find this out. Does where you get your masters degree matter? I’m in an online environmental science masters program at an expensive “name-brand” school, but have colleagues telling me I should transfer to a less expensive program to save $ because no one cares about where your degree is from. I was backend developer in previous company in finacle for 2 yearsy. Now I have switched to new company in teh migration project. Here tech stack is azure, big data, pyspark etc which I think it will take some time for me to learn and grow.
Should I go with big data or should I just drop this and try to find another job in development?
