Is anyone else struggling to find motivation today? I just can’t bring myself to care about anything work related. I’m trying to push through but it’s hard today.

I am in lot of confusion right now. On 5th of Jan was my scheduled joining but didn't received any invite link and when enquired got to know that my BGC is in progress. I checked with all the employers of mine and they seems to complied with all the requirements from TCS, still it is in progress. So I am not sure what to do? Please help me.

Does anyone have tips/methods for staying on top of all the little things? I’m in litigation and it’s a constant struggle to make sure I have accurate and up to date ‘bring ups’ and that I float anf rename all my emails and get all my time in and update my partner etc. like I can maybe get 1 or 2 but I’m never on top of everything and it’s so hard!

My partner now accepts and understands I am just going to have some organised chaos but also I want to make this little shit work for me!

Our teachers will be returning to our school building as usual (about 10 days before school starts) whether school is virtual or face to face, so our school is wanting to plan a traditional welcome back for them. Hello Everyone, I have been teaching middle grades math for 8 years(have experience in 6th-8th, teacher leadership, and ed leadership certificate). My district posted an elementary academic coach position last week. Do you all think this would be a good move? Considering budget cuts and my experience or lack thereof.

How do you collect data on classrooms?

How do you keep teachers engaged in learning and improving teacher practice at the end of the school year? I find this time of the year to be the slowest and my least favorite, as a coach.

Many of the teachers I work with have great relationships with their co-teacher, but one team is really struggling. What can I do to help them get along?
