I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. My wife currently doesn't have any offer for Germany and might need to search for a job after reaching there. Is it worth? Need your suggestions please.

I'm getting a MAcc to career change to forensic accounting. What opportunities are available to me with a data analytics heavy MAcc? I'm also tacking on 2 graduate certificates in Applied Statistics and International Economic Policy? For those in the field, would that be useful or not useful (i.e. waste of time)? Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

Many of the teachers I work with have great relationships with their co-teacher, but one team is really struggling. What can I do to help them get along?

Suggestions for difficult to reach teachers? It’s our 3rd year together, and we have a great relationship, but this teacher struggles with receiving feedback and wanting to reflect.

Any advice for a new instructional coach? I just accepted the job and am trying to get a head start over the summer!

Our teachers will be returning to our school building as usual (about 10 days before school starts) whether school is virtual or face to face, so our school is wanting to plan a traditional welcome back for them. In the past, the celebration was usually a whole school group event at on off-campus locale. Unfortunately, with social distancing, etc., it makes it quite difficult to do the big gathering. Just wondering what other schools may be planning to welcome back their teachers. Suggestions??
