I removed my current employer from my resume as I’ve only been there for a short amount of time and want to escape this horrible situation. Since the state lists my current appointments on their website would potential employers look up my appointments or just to see if I’m licensed? In my interview I just said I was still employed with my previous employer just so I wouldn’t look flighty.

Or without accepting qualcomm offer i need to inform same to qualcomm hr

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.

How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks. Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked.
