I resigned from Accenture couple of weeks backs due to severe health problem and requested my manager and HR to release me at the earliest. But my manager do not respond to my messages and instead he still assigns me tasks and forcing to finish them. I work in insurance. I was working for an Allstate agent and was fired the day after my grandmothers funeral for being “unenthusiastic in our morning meeting”. Now I’m having anxiety searching for a job. I don’t think I want to sell anymore yet every single recruiter I interview with says I should, that I have a “salesperson mentality”. I’m burnt out.
