I saw a property in a condo community, bought for 52K in December, listed for 130 in February. They put very little “renovation” into the property. It won’t appraise at 130. I saw a two bedroom in this same community for 120 recently. Would it be even worth reaching out to put in an offer at 80. Paint and a new W/D doesn’t scream almost 80K in forced equity. It’s been on the market much longer than other units.

After being mugged and having my things (including my keys) stolen, I was locked out of my townhome after business hours on a weekend. I was told on the phone when dialing my complex’s after hours number (which is managed by a 3rd party company) that my complex’s policy would let me in for a cost of $100 (as it was after hours). After I was let in, property manager informed me the charge was $200. Is there anything I can do here? This is in Minnesota. Help appreciated!!
