I see lots of recruiters and career coaches giving advice online on how to get a job and do a great interview! The problem is not the interview skills or resume writing skills. If you have a good work history at a good agency with good work, you find a job easily. But if you don’t have that and have other issues, like a gap in your history, then none of their advice is helpful!

My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. From my own point of view, I don't really want to spend my time on such returns, either, even if the revenue and easy return are nice.

At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals.
