Do IPG and Omnicom still have the in-office vaccine mandates that they instituted last year, or have they repealed them?

I tried so hard today to finish all my errands and read and even worked out. And I'm taking medication and keeping my diet healthy. But today I realized I don't have anyone to talk to anymore when this image of me hanging keep popping up in my head. I couldn't even tell my psychiatrist. I'm searching for places that can handle my weight. I even cried full on which has not been happening since I started taking medication for depression. Is this anxiety? Or my brain is just ready let go finally.

Anyone else have days where it seems like your meds just don’t work? What do you do to offset those? This week has been a struggle.

Covid has been hard. March 2029- December 2020 I drank a lot to cope without realizing it. January- March I didn't realize I was depressed. March I came to terms with increase and ongoing suicidal ideation and needed help.

I went into a intensive outpatient program (IOP) which has been super helpful.

During the beginning of covid I drank every day and in a great deal. January it was a "dry" month which was hard the first week but overall great.

March 2021 realized I'm clinically depressed.

Does anyone else suffer with paralysis? Mine is so bad I don’t even know what to do anymore. In example, something as simple as responding to a text with a heart and a “happy thanksgiving to you too” was all I needed to do and I didn’t. Now it’s Sunday and I feel awful responding so late. Anyone successfully take STD or extended long term disability for final IVF procedure? I’d like to take 6 months, Destress before hand then go into extraction. Docs say if this doesn’t work they recommend I move onto other options so I want to give it a fair shot. My clinic will fill out fMLA / medical forms but not sure who ultimately decides the duration. Any advice on how to improve embryo growth drop off rate? Just finished our second retrieval and I’m frustrated by how many dont make it to blastocysts. We have good fertilization rate through ICSI. Is it normal for about 25% of fertilized eggs to make it to day 6/7? Husband has low count & motility and i have endo, both 33

Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF. I did ask this with our doctor and he said casually its all same. This is not to question any doctor but just to really understand what is going to be different with the kid. This is not very old technology and not much studies as well.

Just accepted an offer with a psych startup. Not exactly the offer I was hoping for as I’m taking a slight pay cut ($73/hr) and it’s a 1099 position. I keep getting stuck on the 1099 piece because I’ll be working 40 hrs/wk, but have been told I’m not eligible to be a W2 employee. Needless to say, no benefits whatsoever. They don’t even provide a computer or any other remote equipment for the completely remote position. Am I making a mistake? Also, can anyone chime in about being a 1099 employee?
